The challenge at Scrap Africa is vintage....and this photo is certainly that as it is over 50 years old!!! It shows me and a friend who lived a couple of doors down when we were in our early teens....we are still in touch even now!!!
The challenge closes at the end of the month so still time to get scrapping!!
Cassie went to dance classes at the beginning of the year and they put a show on in April. Cassie loved her outfits and enjoyed the show...but when it had finished she decided that she didn't want to do it any more.....and joined a football club!!!!!! So had to scrap these photos as there will probably be no more!! LOL
I used the sketch from Scrap Our Stash.....
I don't do 'white' space very well but did follow the sketch!!
The added criteria was.....include any item from your stash that starts A, B, C and also use 1 Journal card, 2 Photos and 3 Patterned Paper ( I actually used 4...hope that is ok!!)
My A = Arrow, Alpha's, B = Bow, Butterfly and C = Cardstock (Black and Yellow)
These photos were from a day that the children spent at a Mega Fun Day at Rayleigh.....it was a taster of what they could do during the summer holidays and was all FREE!! It was a super day and they had the Mega water slide out....the children loved it!!!!! They got lots of exercise walking back up to the top to go again!!
I used the sketch 29 from Kreative Koncepts whose challenge closes at the end of the month.
I think these photos of Alex and quite scary!!! He is soooo high up....didn't think I was afraid of heights but I couldn't do that!!!!!! He had to get on the little platform and then throw himself off and grab the rope!!!!! EKE!!! Alex is only 10 so I think he was very brave!!
I used the sketch from Sketches in Thyme - 129...and did keep to it mostly!! LOL
The challenge closes at the end of the month...so loads of time to enter!!
I found this picture on the web and thought it really funny!!!!!! Would love to know who actually thinks these things up!!!!! Anyway...it is super suitable for the challenge at Unstampabelles who require 'Be funny'!!!!!!!
The challenge closes on the 26th September....so loads of time to get funny!!!!!!!
Nicholas likes to play in goal....very difficult to get close up photos though!!!
The challenge at Red Carpet Studio is based on the film 'Any Given Sunday' which centers around a fictional losing football team, and their quest to regain greatness once again!! So a layout of Nicholas playing football was ideal!!
The challenges closes on the 20th September so lots of time to get your layouts done!!
The Prompt challenge at Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge is to scrap parents....I love this photo of my parents. It was taken during the war when they were courting!! The tag says...Without you there would be no me!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
The challenge closes at the end of the month...so lots of time to enter!!!
Alex has never made as much fuss of his hair or what clothes to wear as Nicholas....but when he had his latest haircut this seemed to change!!!!!! So I had to do a layout!!!!!!!!!!! Will it last....we will see!!! LOL
The August sketch challenge at My Creative Sketches was just right for the photos!!
The challenge closes on the 15th September so still time to enter!
